GRi, CRS, ePRO, ASP
People don't care what you know until they know that you care ... These words have been the foundation of my Real Estate career since being awarded Rookie of the Year for Listings and Sales for the York County Association of Realtors over 20 years ago.
I have established myself not only as a dedicated and trusted Real Estate professional but also as one who values getting to know my clients and understanding their needs while delivering outstanding service.
RESULTS IN TODAY'S COMPETITIVE REAL ESTATE MARKET
My knowing about houses and neighborhoods and being able to strongly negotiate successful contracts is important, but, obtaining results in today's real estate environment takes both a savvy business sense and a true devotion to the personal aspects of the home buying and selling process.
Ongoing education is critical in our ever changing real estate business. I have obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist,) a designation held by only 4% of Realtors in the United States, and ePRO, a certification for internet professionalism.
In 1998 I obtained my Brokers license and owned and operated a successful Real Estate franchise for 10 years before merging with RE/MAX.
A GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME
As a native to the south Central Pennsylvania area, growing up in nearby historic Gettysburg in Adams County, I settled in York with my husband Frank & son, Tate after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Clarion University.
Dedicating time to our community is important to me as well. I have served as a Board Member of Family Service, the Realtors Assocation of York & Adams County, and am actively involved with the Boy Scouts, St. Joseph Catholic Church & have previously worked with Habitat for Humanity, Leadership York, and Toys for Tots.
