For sellers, this includes a detailed comparative market analysis to determine pricing, professional photos, staging suggestions, creative marketing, and contract negotiation.For buyers, this includes identifying several homes that meet your criteria, a comparative market analysis to determine value, preparing an offer to protect you while performing a due diligence, negotiating counter-offers, coordinating inspections, and requesting any repairs or remedies.
Jeff and Anne have been married for almost 40 years and are the proud parents of three children. Jeff started his career in the health insurance industry in corporate research and strategic planning. In 1986 they moved to Dublin, OH where Jeff became Vice President of Marketing Services for a national sales organization.
In 1997, Jeff and Anne started a technology training facilities company in Tampa and Orlando, Fl. Jeff also provided sales and marketing consulting to insurance companies and small businesses. They relocated back to the Dublin/Powell area in 2007.
