Buying or selling a home can be stressful because it pulls us away from the known and comfortable and throws us into the unknown where comfort can be a stranger. There are many reasons for moving. Regardless of the reason, the experience removes us from the level of comfort we feel in our everyday lives.
Jay is a full time Realtor with Howard Hanna. He thrives on resolving problems and providing the service necessary to make a rather significant life change less traumatic for each and every one he serves. He has a knack for focusing under pressure and is driven not just to succeed, but to exceed his client’s expectations. He is a positive influence when a calm and steady hand needs to be there to guide his clients toward a pleasant outcome.
Jay earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2005 and previously worked in the banking and legal professions. He earned the Employee of the Year Award at the University of Michigan Credit Union for the high-quality service he provided. In his spare time, he enjoys destroying perfectly manicured golf courses across southeastern Michigan. Of his golf prowess he states, “I do replace my divets, but sometimes I create trenches that may potentially require a backhoe.” He also enjoys researching and writing about white collar crime.
When it is time for you to venture into the unknown and often stressful experience of moving, or you would just like to discuss the real estate market, or how to cure a slice, give Jay a call. You’ll be glad you did.
