  I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) and a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®). I love working with first-time home buyers and seniors downsizing or transitioning to senior living. I have been serving with Nothnagle / Howard Hanna since 2010. I am an Army aviation combat veteran and have thirty-one years previous experience as an Executive Director for Boy Scout Councils throughout the northeast.  I have honed my people and salesmanship skills by recruiting and serving thousands of volunteer leaders. As a life-long Scout, I have incorporated the values of the Scout Oath and Law into my business.  I will put these to work for you.
