Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Erin has seen the area grow and develop and is familiar with all of its ins and outs. After graduating from Frank W. Cox High School and the University of Richmond, Erin worked in the NFL for eight years holding positions in public relations, marketing, administration, and football operations.
An energetic supporter of the community, Erin is the President of the Mermaid Circle of the Virginia Beach City Union of the King's Daughters and Sons, supporting CHKD and other local children’s charities. She is also the Executive Director of The Charity Bowl Football Game, which is held in conjunction with Old Dominion University's Spring Football Game and J&A Racing's Big Blue 5k, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars for many area children's charities.
Erin joined the real estate industry in October 2012 creating a team with her mother, Karen O’Brien, who has been a well respected and recognized agent in the industry for more than 30 years.
