I have been a resident of Powell, Ohio since 1994. I became a full time active real estate professional in 1978 and have received numerous state, local and Columbus Realtor awards, including the 25 Million Dollar Sales Award. I was presented the "Realtor Emeritus Award" given by the National Association of Realtors for my dedication to the Realtor profession for 40 years. I also obtained my SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation in 2010, RRS (Residential Relocation Specialist) in 2013 and PPS (Certified Professional Property Stager).
During my 40+ years in the real estate business, I have gained a strong knowledge in all facets of financing, enabling me to better assist both buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions.
In 2001, I partnered with Ed Cooper to form an experienced and professional sales team specializing in residential, new construction and small commercial. We have worked hard for our clients and have become a well known and respected team in the industry and community.
