This will be accomplished by providing quality service to buyers and sellers. This means keeping in contact with my buyers and sellers on a regular basis by the type of media they prefer whether it is by phone, text, email, Facebook or other forms of communication.
Marketing of my sellers properties will be determined by the type of property they are selling. This marketing strategy will include open houses, extensive advertising using internet and print media and the special programs Howard Hanna uses to bring buyers into our properties.
This also means taking the necessary training to allow me to help the buyer and sellers with the inspection process, mortgage issues, the state and local regulations that can affect the sale and purchase of a home. This allows me to help buyers and sellers with the many issues that come with buying and selling a home.
