In addition to her years of experience as a realtor, Catherine Black is using her managerial experience from 32 years of State service to assist her in helping buyers to find homes to suit their needs and sellers to find the right buyer. She is an Associate Broker and a Certified Buyer Representative.
Catie is pleased to work with her real estate colleague, Lorraine M. Clarke to offer a full complement of real estate services to potential buyers and sellers.
During her tenure with the State, she was also active in many national initiatives, most notably NARUC (utility issues) and NAUPA (unclaimed property issues). She most recently was Director of the Office of Consumer Services at the Public Service Commission. Because of her love of teaching and her interest in people, Catie spent several years teaching a course on supervision at Hudson Valley Community College in the evening.
