More about Al...
Named Property Manager of the Year by Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS®, Al started his real estate career in 1997 after serving in the US Navy. Prior to becoming a full-time property manager Al has been an award-winning sales agent, assistant branch manager, company training coordinator, and a sales manager which allows him to offer his landlord clients a unique understanding of their properties. He can look at a property both from the rental side as well as the sales side for those landlords who will eventually be selling their investment property.
Al serves on several local and state real estate industry committees. Among his many leadership roles, Al has served as the chairman of Virginia REALTORS® Property Management Committee. This allows him not only stay to current on the laws and industry trend but actually be ahead in most cases. Through his involvement in industry organizations, Al is able to a part of the conversation that drives policies and laws that affect his Landlord clients. Being someone who works closely with Landlord and Tenant every day he is able to provide a unique viewpoint to those conversations.
Al specializes in managing single-family residential properties in Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, Yorktown, and Williamsburg. Al offers two types of management - Full-Service and Tenant Placement. The full-service management is ideal for those landlords who don’t want the hassle of dealing with maintenance calls, hiring contractors, collecting rents, and the rest of the headaches that go with effectively managing rental property. This is also ideal for landlords that are going to live out of the area and have to coordinate everything remotely. Al’s tenant placement service is ideal for landlords that are local or have a trusted friend/relative who can help with the day-to-day aspects of managing the property. Tenant placement is ideal for landlords who only want help finding qualified tenants for their property.
When not actively involved in property management, you will find Al with his wife and son. You will find him with his family at an amusement park, a water park, museums, playground, or karate class. On rare (and getting rarer) occasions you will find Al on the golf course.
