My interest in real estate began just after college when my wife, Lisa, and I bought our first home in a suburb of New York City. Within four years, we had purchased a rental property, “flipped” a home, and moved twice while simultaneously building our careers in Manhattan and starting a family. Although I was working in the banking industry at the time,real estate was quickly becoming a passion.
In 1998, I was offered the opportunity to move to Western Pennsylvania to work for Mellon Bank. After researching the area, we choose to live in Cranberry Township and have been here ever since. Through our three children, Lisa and I have been involved in many community activities including cup soccer, travel baseball, Girl Scouts and several Seneca Valley School District clubs and organizations. Additionally, we have been members of a local church since 1998. My oldest son is currently a freshman at Penn State and my younger son, a junior at Seneca Valley, has just begun his college search. Having lived in Cranberry Township for almost 20 years, I have first-hand knowledge of all that this dynamic community has to offer.
Although my career at Mellon Bank was fulfilling and allowed me to be involved in multi-million dollar international transactions, my interest in real estate never waned. About five years ago, I began to actively invest in the local real estate market by purchasing several rental properties. Eventually, I decided to transition to a full-time career real estate with Howard Hanna. My experience as a home owner, coupled with investment in multiple rental properties, has given me a unique perspective on the home buying and selling experience.
