Gail Royster, "Hudson's Hometown Broker", treats each of her clients with ultimate care and concern.  Gail lives, works, shops and plays in Hudson, her beloved community. A veteran of 38 years in the business, Gail has achieved numerous awards in both sales and management throughout her career.  Rooted in family values and traditions, Gail brings a refreshing integrity to the business of selling a home.  Gail studied at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI, where she joined Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, while pursuing secondary education with emphasis on music and drama.  Today, Gail enjoys music and container gardening, is an avid tennis buff, and a great fan of Cleveland sports.

A long-time community leader, Gail has committed herself to not only serving her real estate clients with the utmost care and concern, but she has also served the entire Hudson community as: President,12-year Director of the Hudson Chamber; Co-founder, Charter Trustee of Case-Barlow Farm Foundation; President, The Rotary Club of Hudson and current Board member; Co-founder and President, International Referral Network; Co-founder and President, Hudson Business Professionals; Board member, Hudson Community Foundation; Board member Hudson Heritage Association; President, Actors' Summit Theater; Sponsor, Hudson Home and Garden Tour; Chairperson, Hudson Community Prayer Breakfast; Vice-Chair, Laurel Lake Retirement Community Board; Co-Chair, Hudson’s Permanent Safety Town Committee.

One of Gail's favorite "give back to the community" programs is her Kids Making a Difference one that she initiated 20 years ago.  Each month during the school year, one boy and one girl are selected from a different grade level (K - 8) to shine a spotlight on them for their ongoing efforts in giving back to the community (i.e., their school, church, neighborhood, etc.).  An article about them appears in the local paper, The Hub, and Gail then donates $100 each month to the Hudson PTO to use toward enhancing the classroom experience.  According to Gail, "recognizing those students is especially rewarding to me, and many of them send me the sweetest, hand-written notes thanking me for acknowledging their heart-felt accomplishments."
