My sister Anne Harmody and I have lived in this area for 40+ years.  We know and love Chagrin Falls and the diverse communities that make up the Chagrin River Valley. 	The Chagrin River Valley is made up of many different communities that serve various school districts. We make it our continuing goal to know what is happening in the Chagrin Valley market.
	We tour properties every week, keep current on the inventory for our various communities and provide this knowledge to our customers so they can better position themselves as buyers and sellers.

Involved and Connected

As residents of the Valley for 40 years, we have also committed ourselves to the success of our community. Anne and I have served as public servants for the schools, local governments and various non-profits in our area.  Anne is very involved with the Diabetes Association, Solon City Schools and serves as the Solon Schools Anti-Bulling leader, CASS.  I have served as an Elected Official in South Russell Village, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Chagrin Valley Recreation Center as well as previous commitments to the Chagrin Falls Educational Foundation and the Strategic Plan Advisory Board for the Chagrin Falls School District, and the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. We are committed economically, educationally and governmentally. We know the people, the politics and the developments that effect our area.

I joined the real estate industry in 2004 and have continuously grown the business over 15 years, with success year over year to OAR Presidents Club, Howard Hanna Champions Club and we are commonly in the top 3% of the company in listings and sales.  In 2015 Anne joined me as part of what we now call THE MBA Team.  We work together on every transaction so that all your real estate needs are met.  Each of us can provide detailed information on every transaction.  We know our clients properties, needs and how to get the transaction successfully completed.  We are hands on, and you will deal with only us for any questions or concerns.  Day or night.    Beginning to close.  We are sure that whatever your communication strategy is, that we able to assimilate to your needs.
