Karina Ribis Lic. Assoc. RE Broker

This is not just a job to me, I truly love what I do!
There are many reasons why I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs. First and foremost is the deep satisfaction I get from helping them realize their dreams and get through the major transition that accompanies buying, selling and moving.

That's why, in my ongoing commitment to providing first-class service, I can confidently say that if I can't answer a specific home-related question you have, I'm a phone call or e-mail away from an expert in my professional network who can.

I will be your "trusted advisor" by returning calls promptly and answering questions, throughout the process, so you feel confident on how to proceed.

  • "Just a note to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for your Professional Guidance and Encouragement during the past several months. Thanks to Your determination and encouraging manner, You guided us to our Real home. As very new residents of the USA, we were ignorant to the many rule and methods for purchasing a home. Thanks for your patience and efficiency, you answered our questions with respect, even though they must have seemed to be very trivial ones, included. My wife appreciated your wisdom and openness with us.
    Thank you again.
We are presently, settling down in a wonderful house in a most beautiful area in Rochester. We are absolutely pleased with our purchase.
Finally, my wife and I wish your many colleagues who assisted and were so graciously courteous to us through this venture.
    Please, accept our sincere thanks."

  • Once upon a time there was a young couple, Jack and Pat. They lived in a small town and had two babies. They bought their first house in 1981. It was a fixer upper and they redid every room, every outlet, every pipe, faucet, roof and windows. They were happy in this house for 8 years. There came a day when their babies were getting bigger and the house seemed to be getting smaller. One day, they came upon the house of their dreams and the owners asked them if they wanted to buy it. Jack and Pat made them an offer on the spot and the deal was done They listed their original house with Nothnagle who sold it in 6 days. Their family lived very happily in the new house for 25 years. As children will do, theirs grew up and moved into their own homes with their own families. This great, wonderful house became too large and the search began for a smaller house. Jack and Pat once again were lucky enough to find the house of their dreams. They listed their large house with the listing agent of the house they were purchasing. They should have remembered their previous great Nothnagle experience but this realtor seemed fine and seemed to be successful. There were a few odd things discussed in the contract which they overlooked. The house was listed on 01-July 2014. Jack and Pat had no doubt the house would sell quickly. They had an offer early on, which they accepted. For whatever reason, the buyers backed out of the contract. The weeks and months rolled on and soon 01-Nov was looming. Jack and Pat did not want to renew the contract as the realtor refused to advertise and did not believe in real estate open houses. The realtor become angry and insulting as the contract renewal was discussed. At this point Jack and Pat requested the sign be removed and refused to renew the contract. They were almost desperate to find a new realtor to sell their house. While driving through Henrietta on Sunday, November 3rd, they passed the Nothnagle Office on East Henrietta Road. The sign said Agent on duty. They pulled in and entered the office. They were somewhat skeptical and untrusting after their experience with the previous realtor. Karina Ribis came into the waiting area and spoke with them. She dropped everything she was doing, got in her car and followed them to their house. She was kind and wonderful and did everything she promised to do. The house was listed with Nothnagle on 10-Nov-2014 and sold on 19-Dec-2014. Karina expertly resolved every glitch, found all of the answers they needed and quite literally made this deal happen. Jack and Pat cannot say enough for Karina’s professionalism, expertise, dedication to her customers and overall ability to sell a house. She is at the top of the list if they or anyone they know need to sell another house. Congratulations to Nothnagle for having such a valued real estate agent. It is people like Karina Ribis that bring your repeat business. People like Karina Ribis put the stars around your logo. The closing on Jack and Pat’s house took place 06-March-2015….and they all are living happily ever after.
  • "Last year I employed Karina to help me find a property in the Rochester area. She was extremely helpful and professional in a variety of ways. She took me to a large range of houses and provided me with a lot of useful information about them and, was always on time for the appointments that were set up. She was very patient and accommodating with any schedule changes that were necessary. I can highly recommend using her services to purchase a property in the area." - G.
