We are proud of the fact that we keep our finger on the pulse of the latest industry trends, technological advances, while never forgetting the core skills necessary to become a successful real estate sales associate. We do our very best to expose you to all of the information you need to be an expert in your chosen career.

Some examples of our corporate training are:

JumpStart
This one day orientation outlines the daily, weekly and monthly expectations for new Howard Hanna Sales Associates. The curriculum includes: the importance of networking within your center of influence; how to create a success-focused business plan; practice using business forms and business attire and professionalism. Assignments are given to the associates for further follow-up with their individual branch manager.

FastStart
Fast Start is an exceptional intense and comprehensive basic training program for new sales associates. Associates receive practical tools and learning experiences to “fast start” their real estate career. Experienced associates, who are new to Howard Hanna Real Estate, may also attend Fast Start. Courses are delivered by the owners and founders of Howard Hanna Real Estate as well as corporate trainers, brokers and subject matter experts from the ancillary divisions of Howard Hanna.

Nuts and Bolts
In Depth Training sessions held in your regional office that offer on- going support and indepth, smaller classroom opportunity.

Career Boosters
These are half-day sessions throughout the year on topics of interest and value for sales associates. Topics include but are not limited to: Marketing the Vacation Home, Tips from the Top, Utilizing Your Marketing Tools, Marketing the Modern Home, Staging the Home to Sell, Marketing the Victorian Home, Servicing the On-line Consumer.

In addition, you will have assistance in developing your business and marketing plans, extensive training and coaching from certified trainers and access to Howard Hanna’s knowledgeable group of real estate professionals and specialists to assist you. Your neighborhood office and manager will provide continued support to help you become a successful real estate professional.
