• Analyze and recommend the minimal improvements to reduce the time period in resale and work with our Retail Alliance partners to obtain the lowest cost in home improvements and coordinate all home improvement work
• Minimize the cost of lawn/yard maintenance, winterization, de-winterization and snow removal through our volume discount rates with various partners
• Provide Broker Market Analysis and Vacant Property Reports
• Provide monthly Status Reports of recent sales, listings and activity on the home
• Report all offers and negotiate with buyer representatives on all offers
• Provide the buyer of the home with Howard Hanna's full line of services to ensure a smooth resale: Mortgage, Title and Insurance, Network with Retail Alliance Service Partners

• Listing Agreement and cash for keys
• Utility transfer, winterization, lawn and snow maintenance
