Income Advantage

While other companies charge you a monthly fee and/or franchise fee, Howard Hanna pays you each month!  Based on prior year’s earnings our associates are eligible to receive an advance on their commissions anywhere from $1,250 to $3,000 each month, helping to smooth out the fluctuations that a commissioned based income can sometimes cause.

What better way to get more business than by reminding people you are in real estate whenever they see you driving down the road!  Our associates are eligible a monthly allowance on approved vehicles ranging from $50 to $350, based on prior year’s income.

Champions’ Club

Throughout the year we celebrate our associates’ success by throwing them a party!  Those associates who obtain a certain level of success in a given time, are invited to an exclusive engagement at a local place of interest for great food and conversation.  It’s a perfect place for our associates to chat with members of the Hanna family or exchange information with each other for future referral business!
