HOWARD HANNA SMYTHE CRAMER'S MARY BRENNAN NAMED "MANAGER OF THE YEAR"
Mary Brennan, Vice President and Sales Manager of the Hudson office of Howard Hanna Smythe Cramer has been named as recipient of the company’s Lucius B. McKelvey, Manager of the Year Award. She received the honor for her leadership and commitment to excellence, which best exemplifies the goals and ideals of the company’s management team, at the company’s annual awards meeting, in Cleveland February 19.
Mrs. Brennan, whose distinguished career reflects the epitome of professionalism and quality, has been sales manager of the company’s Hudson office since 1990, after previously assuming leadership responsibilities of two of the firm’s other sales offices. She affiliated with the company in 1980 and established a successful career in real estate sales, gaining recognition for her accomplishments by being named “Professional of the Year” and “President’s Sales Club” member by both her local real estate board and the Ohio Association of REALTORS®. Mrs. Brennan is a licensed Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, and Howard Hanna Career Development Trainer.
In 2002, under her tutelage, the company’s Hudson office was named “Large Business of the Year” by the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. Her leadership credentials include volunteering professionally and privately in numerous community activities and causes.
