for the month of September. These figures include listing as well as written

Title Company, the closed mortgage loans of Howard Hanna Financial and Home
Mortgage Assured Corporation, and Howard Hanna Insurance.

to $181,528,768 and included 1,256 units. Written volume totaled $178,675,974;
1,128 units. Listing volume was $202,489,448; 885 units.
Closed volume is
defined as sales volume of properties sold. Listing volume is the total list
price of properties listed on the market. Written volume reflects sales pending.
