The Stow Office was opened in August 1988 on Route 91 (Darrow Road), within the Stratford Place Office Building. The office grew by leaps and and bounds and on October 1, 1991 moved into a new 4,500 square foot space just south of the old location on Darrow Road. The office services Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Tallmadge, Kent and several other areas of Summit and Portage County. The Stow Office went through a second major renovation in the Fall of 2007 and added another 1,000 square feet to the existing office space to accomodate the growing business.
In November 2008, Howard Hanna and Realty One joined forces to combine into one great company! In January 2009, both the Stow Office of Howard Hanna and the Stow/Falls Office of Howard Hanna (formerly Realty One) became one GREAT office.
In February 2010, the Stow Office won the coveted "Most Improved" office in the Ohio Market! That award was a result of a group of professionals working together to make the office #1 in the market place! In February 2011, the Stow Office was the proud recipient of the "Howard Hanna Vision Award". And, in February 2012, the Stow Office was the proud recipient of "TOP OFFICE" for the Southern Region of Howard Hanna!
The office is open 7 days a week to service our clients, community and real estate associates. The office is conveniently located close to the highways, shopping, library, hospitals, post office and nearby universities (Kent State University and University of Akron).
Howard Hanna also provides one-stop shopping, with in-house mortgage, title, survey and insurance products. We've thought of everything!
