In 1975, Ron established Ron L. Dishler Company Realtors in Beaver County.  He owned and managed that business until 1995 when it was merged into the Howard Hanna Company.  A licensed Real Estate Broker with 36 years experience, Ron has earned the GRI designation; Graduate of the Realtors Institute, CRS designation; Certified Residential Specialist, CRB designation; Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and has taught Real Estate Broker license courses as a certified instructor for Penn State University.

 

He is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year and Realtor Associate of the Year awards. He has served as a Director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, President of the Beaver County Association of Realtors and President of the Beaver County MLS during its merger into the West Penn Multiple Listing Service.

 

Committed to community service, Ron has served as Director and President of the Beaver County Chamber of Commerce; served for 10 years as an Advisory Board member of the Penn State University Beaver Campus; and was elected to a four- year term on the Beaver Area School Board where he served as Director and Board President.

 

As Senior Vice President of Branchising and Licensing, Ron is responsible for opening and overseeing all Branchise office operations throughout the Mid Atlantic Region of the United States and beyond. Today, he oversees 35 Branchise offices located throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York. Ron also is responsible for establishing and managing Howard Hanna business relationships with a variety of retail business service partners through the Howard Hanna Retail Alliance Service Partner program.
