After graduating with a business degree in economics and statistics from John Carroll University in 1986, Melissa Crockett Willis joined her family in the real estate business and pioneered The Crockett Team. Melissa played a vital role in the consistent success of The Crockett Team because of her specific expertise in developing innovative and commonsense systems to grow and service the business. The Crockett Team has consistently sold over 350 homes a year and has been nationally honored as one of the top real estate agents.
Melissa started her real estate career with Smythe, Cramer Company in 1988, and immediately recognized and embraced the values and vision of Howard Hanna, when they purchased the company in 2003. Melissa is quick to point out, “Loyalty, family values, integrity, hard-work and innovation are the qualities most important to me, and the qualities that stand out in the mission of Howard Hanna!”
Melissa lives in Mentor with her husband, Tim, and three daughters: Brittany, a senior at Marquette University; Korrey, a sophomore at Duquesne University; and Brooke, a junior at Lake Catholic High School. When not helping managers drive sales or coaching agents to greater levels of success, Melissa can probably be found cheering on her daughters at their sporting events or being the team photographer for her husband’s high school football team, the Madison Blue Streaks.
