Iva Fiorina
Vice President and Central PA Regional Manager
In real estate for the past 23 years, Iva began her career with Howard Hanna in 1984. She became a licensed Associate Broker in 1990 and real estate instructor in 1995. Working in the Allegheny Valley and Apollo offices in the Kiski Valley region of Pittsburgh, Iva advanced to manager of the Apollo office and soon thereafter, she was overseeing both the Apollo and Allegheny Valley office.
As Howard Hanna expanded into Central Pennsylvania in 2006, Iva was named Regional Manager for the area and the responsibility of overseeing three offices in Harrisburg – Colonial Park, Camp Hill and TecPort, along with an office in Hershey. In August of 2007, Iva was named Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania region for Howard Hanna.
A graduate of the Realtor Institute, Iva was President of the GAKA Board of Realtors in 1994. She has worked actively with the Board of Realtors as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors on Committees and Task Forces. She has served as an educator for Alan Kells School of Real Estate and also has done extensive training for Howard Hanna. Iva has her Residential Relocation Specialist designation along with Homes of Distinction Specialist.
