To Sellers:
• I will work with you to make sure that your property is ready for the market. From assisting in pricing the property, to making sure that the home shows at its full potential.
• Your property will be marketed strongly and effectively. Making sure that it has the maximum exposure possible. It will be placed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) allowing it to be found by all REALTORS® in the Northern Ohio area.
• I will help you understand the process, present all offers received, and assist you in responding to them.
To Buyers:
• I will work with you to find the home that you’ve been dreaming of! I will listen to everything that you need in your new home, and make sure that what you want, you get!
• When you do find the home that fits you perfectly, I will work with you to present an offer, help you step by step, and make the process go as smooth as possible! From the first offer, till the keys are in your hands, I work my hardest to make sure that you have the best home buying experience possible!
