Howard Hanna kicks off weeknight Twi-light Tours
Howard Hanna kicks off their season of weeknight ‘TwilightTour’ open houses this week on Wednesday, May 23 in PA and Thursday, May 24 in OH from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
Created for the warmer weather months in late spring, summer and early fall, twilight tour open houses are held once a month on a Wednesday or Thursday evening to offer a different way of bringing home buyers and sellers together. The convenient mid-week alternative gives buyers the opportunity to stop and see a couple houses on their way home from work or after dinner and is also a great way to beat the ‘weekend crunch’ at open houses, especially if it’s a new listing due to the ‘droves’ of buyers currently in the market.
Howard Hanna Twi-light Tours will be held Wednesday and Thursday evenings: May 23 & 24, June 13 & 14, July 18 & 19, August 22 & 23 and September 12 &13.
